GENERALS CONDITIONS

Registration fees
The € 305 price including tax for the registrations received until January 13th, 2011 (€ 340 beyond this date) includes participation in the swine days and the conference proceedings.

Payment of the registration fees
 • With the exception of bodies of the French public sector or members of the Committee of Support for which payment is made in euro upon receipt of an invoice, your registration will only be taken into account if the payment is joined to the registration form. It must be made by check payable to IFIP, by bank transfer, or by Bank Visa and Euro Card/MasterCard card via the secure website. In case of a settlement by transfer, wire transfer fees are always at your expense. A paid invoice will be sent upon receipt of payment.
• Registrations received by fax and Internet are retained after receipt of payment.
•"Last minute" registrations are to be settled at the Secretariat on the Conference site.
• Registrations made on the spot during the swine days must be settled immediately and a paid invoice will be sent within 15 days of the Congress.

Cancellation of registration
• Any cancellation must be notified in writing before January 13th, 2012. Beyond this date, no cancellation will be possible and registration fees remain payable in full.
• If unable to attend, you can be replaced by another person who will have to make themselves known at the reception but, as far as possible, it's better to inform us in advance.
• In case of no show (badge not removed from the reception), the collection of presentations (ou : the conference proceedings) will be sent within 15 days of the event at the address indicated on the registration form.

Certificate of attendance
 It has to be asked beforehand and must be picked up during the Congress at the secretariat. It can be shipped retrospectively on request.

Vocational training
The swine days do not match a training within the meaning of articles l. 900 - 2 and r. 950 - 4 of the French code and therefore cannot give rise to a training Convention.

Access
 To reach the auditorium and the restaurant, wearing the JRP badge is compulsory.

Transport
 • A SNCF coupon is sent to every participant upon request (see the last line of the registration form).
• A reduction is granted by the Air France KLM Company for a trip flight..
